Donations from High Peaks
For charitable events & programs that work to improve our Adirondack community
As a locally owned & operated business, High Peaks Winery is dedicated to contributing to our community.
If you are interested in having us support your program via event space or monetarily, please fill out the form below. Our philanthropic committee will review your request and get back to you quickly with a decision on if we will be able to help you & your program.
In an effort to be more eco-friendly and efficient, High Peaks Winery has moved to an online ONLY donation request system. Written requests and requests made via e-mail and phone will no longer be accepted. The only means of requesting a donation is through the new online process by filling out the form below.
Please keep in mind that when filling out a request, you must remember that:
All requests for donations must be submitted online, 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event
Requests submitted less than 4 weeks prior to the event will not be accepted
Event organizers should expect to receive their donation within two weeks of the event date
Requests must include 501 (c)3 status information (include in the description)
Individual and family fundraisers are not generally honored, without 501(c)3 documentation
Limit one request per event
Requests MUST include an event date to be considered
